Warranty and Service

IF your MS product has a defect, please send it to service so that our service experts repair or replace your product in shortest period.

We are paying a great attention to regulations and laws, and all the products we have prepared for you are in accordance with applicable laws.

Service is performed by our service partner MR servis, whose service area extends to over 2.200 m² and is equipped with modern measuring devices and tools.
Currently, over 60 people is working in MR servis. All are qualified for the tasks they perform, and most of them are certified by the manufacturer of brands they repair. In addition to this current knowledge, services staff is continuously educated on all new technologies and products. Numerous diplomas and certificates guarantee service quality.

Warranty

Warranty conditions of MS products are defined in the warranty card enclosed with each purchased unit and must be verified by the staff at the retail shop. By warranty card a manufacturer of products guarantees free repair of the purchased products in accordance with applicable regulations and conditions described in the documents.

Jamstveni uvjeti

  • Warranty begins from the date of purchase. The warranty period is determined for each device and is stated in the documents.
  • In case of failure of the devices, we commit ourselves to fix the product as soon as possible and no later than within 45 days.
  • If the device cannot be repaired or isn't repaired within 45 days, it will be replaced.
  • If repair of the device takes longer than 10 days, the warranty will be extended for the duration of the repair.
  • Warranty is recognized only with proof of purchase and the warranty card which must be properly completed and verified by the seller, an authorized installer or service technician.
  • Warranty provider provides service and spare parts 7 years from the purchase date.
  • Warranty does not include defects caused by faulty power supply, lightning strikes or damage caused by force majeure.
  • The warranty does not include defects that could occur due to careless or improper handling of non-compliance with the manufacturer's instructions for handling.
  • If device is assembled or repaired by unauthorized services, workshops or a third person, the buyer loses the warranty.
  • The warranty does not include responsibility against  eventual injuries that might be caused to persons or animals, therefore for any damages that might occur due to functioning or
    non-functioning of the device.
  • Warranty coupons are used to justify repairing the device.
  • When repairing, service has the right to keep a warranty coupon.
